Cocoa Nib Granola

Taza Granola with Nibs!
- 5 1/2 cups oats
- 1/3 cup wheat germ
- 1/3 cup safflower oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 Tbl sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts or pecans
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/3 cup Taza Organic Roasted Cocoa Nibs
Chop/grind the nibs in a food processor till they are like very coarse ground coffee. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the oil and honey together, then pour it on the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into a flat baking pan and bake at 350 degrees F till it starts to brown. Stir while baking once or twice so it cooks evenly. About 20 - 25 minutes. Cool and store in sealed container.
Excellent served with plain yogurt, with or without fruit, mixed into topping for Apple Crunch, etc.
