Taza Chocolate Gift Subscription – 4 Months
Brighten someone's world, four months at a time, with a Taza Chocolate Gift Subscription. As soon as you place your order, we'll send a gift card and 70% Dark Bar to your recipient, letting them know what to expect. Then, starting in January 2010, they'll receive a new box of Taza Chocolate every month for four months. Each month features something different, and includes a special gift from Taza.
Taza Chocolate Gift Subscription FAQ:
1. Does the price ($189) of the Taza Chocolate Gift Subscription include shipping?
A: Yes, for the lower 48 states. Shipping for all five shipments (initial gift + January through April shipments) is included in the price of the Taza Chocolate Gift Subscription.
2. And what about for gift recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other international locations?
A: Orders for recipients outside the lower 48 will be assessed an additional shipping & handling cost. Please call us at (617) 623-0804. We'll process your order manually over the phone.
3. Do I have to specify a gift recipient? Or can I purchase the gift subscription for myself?
A: You can absolutely purchase a subscription for yourself. If you do not specify a gift recipient, we will send the initial gift and all subsequent shipments to your address.
4. If shipping is included, what shipping method should I select?
A: Please select "Pickup" as your shipping method. No charge is assessed for this method.
5. Can I order additional items alongside a Taza Chocolate Gift Subscription in my order?
A: Yes, but note that these items will ship to your gift recipient along with the initial gift and enrollment notification card. You will also have to pay shipping on any additional items.
6. How quickly will the initial gift and enrollment notification card reach my gift recipient?
A: All shipments, including the initial gift, will ship UPS Ground. This can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days. See our Shipping Information page for more details.
7. Can I expedite the initial gift and enrollment notification?
A: Yes. Instead of selecting "Pick Up" as your shipping method, select your preferred method (e.g. "2nd Day Air").
8. When will the monthly shipments get to the recipient?
A: We will send out subscription orders during the second week of each month, from January through April. The exact day the shipment will arrive depends on where the recipient lives.
9. Can I use a discount or promo code to purchase the Taza Chocolate Gift Subscription?
A: No. The gift subscription is already discounted substantially.
10: Can I pause a subscription if I know the recipient will be away? Can I reroute a shipment to someone else? Can I substitute one product for another, or request not to receive a certain product?
A: Once a subscription is purchased, the shipments cannot be paused, altered, or redirected. The only exception to this is in the case of an address error on the part of the recipient.
11. What will the shipments be like? How much chocolate will the recipients get?
A: Here is our tentative plan for the gift subscription. While the exact order and product breakdown is subject to change, the quantity of chocolate is accurate.
