Production and Packaging Assistant: (35-40hrs starting July)

The Production and Packaging assistant will be involved with all aspect of the day-to-day factory operations. The job will include, but not be limited to wrapping chocolate bars, washing molds, roasting cacao beans, grinding and refining chocolate and depositing chocolate into molds. Candidates for the position should be able to do detailed hand work quickly, accurately, and consistently. There will be regular heavy lifting and long periods of standing on your feet. No prior experience with chocolate is required as you will be working closely with the rest of our productions staff to learn our chocolate making process. This is a full time position (Monday-Friday).
