LIMITED EDITION MICRO-BATCH CHOCOLATE FROM CHIAPAS, MEXICO - Only one batch of this chocolate has been made using our unique stone grinding process. The beans we selected have very limited availability from the farm community of San Felipe in Southern Chiapas. We have molded a total of 1,392 bars which have been individually hand numbered and will only be sold from our factory website and through a small number of stores in the New England area until they are gone.

We carefully blended the chocolate as a 75% dark that is a perfect balance of sweetness allowing the very unique flavor characteristics of this bean to shine. The beans exhibit a very nutty flavor profile and a dry, tannic finish not found in most chocolate bars. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
