 Shipping chocolate can be tricky!
* When shipping to destinations over 70ºF or when shipping solid chocolate bars during non winter months, we will add a $5 charge for cooling supplies and maximum 2nd-Day delivery service options must be used.
* To prevent chocolate from melting in transit over the weekend, Friday and weekend orders will be held for shipment on the following Monday.
* UPS® delivers on business days. For Saturday delivery an additional charge will be added, please specify in the comments field during checkout. Deliveries to businesses occur between 9am and 5pm and deliveries to residences occur between 9am and 7pm.
Local Deliveries
In Boston, Brookline, Cambridge and Somerville we can messenger your order for same day delivery. Please select the bicycle delivery shipping option. It's only five bucks!
We guarantee our orders to arrive fresh and in good condition. If you recieve an order in poor condition please call us immediately and we will replace it.
