Available for a limited time only, our Special Edition Chiapan Bar 75% dark chocolate is the newest member of the Taza lineup. The area of Soconusco in Chiapas, the southernmost state in Mexico, is home to some of the oldest and rarest varietals of cacao. In fact, we were only able to source seventeen sacks of beans for this bar. Taza Special Edition Chiapan Bar is deeply complex with notes of raisin and pound cake, along with a slight hint of pine on the finish.
