Molinillo Chocolate Whisk
A molinillo ("moh-lee-NEE-yo") is a slender wooden whisk used to create the signature tasty froth in Mexican chocolate drinks. The whisk is held between both palms and rolled back and forth vigorously. The rings on the bottom of the molinillo spin around and around, helping to whip the beverage into a foam. The molinillos offered here were sourced from small vendors in Oaxaca, Mexico, and the ornate designs are hand-carved and one of a kind.
Made from wood, approximately 14" long.
Use Care Instructions: Hand wash recommended.
