Join Taza for Chocolate Week in Belize

Plan a winter escape that's filled with chocolate! From March 19-26, 2016, join Taza for Chocolate Week -- a full week in beautiful Belize, the source for the delicious cacao in our  77% Belize Bar! Explore the Mayan origins of chocolate and relax in the thatched-roof cabanas of Cotton Tree Lodge, on the banks of the Moho River.

You'll be immersed in the entire journey of chocolate from tree to bar. You'll visit cacao farms and crack open pods picked right from the trees, to experience the indescribable taste of fresh cacao. You'll tour Maya Mountain Cacao and learn how cacao is fermented and dried. You'll even try your hand at winnowing, grinding, and molding chocolate bars at a tiny craft chocolate factory in the village of Punta Gorda.

Exciting excursions will explore Belize's rich Mayan cultural heritage and the pristine natural landscape. From touring Mayan ruins to nature hikes, cave swims, and more, this trip will connect you to the source of chocolate in every way: people, place, and pod!

Taza Chocolate Week is limited to 20 participants!
