Organic Roasted Cacao Nibs
To make our Roasted Cacao Nibs, we start with organic cacao sourced directly from grower-owned cooperatives. We roast “low and slow” in small batches to preserve the bright and fruity flavors of our beans. Then, the beans are carefully winnowed to remove the shell and sorted by size. Our Roasted Cacao Nibs are toasty and rich, with an intense nutty flavor. Great as a snack, on salads, in granola, or as a dessert topping.
