Organic Roasted Cacao Nibs
Cacao nibs are small pieces of our organic, roasted cacao beans, packaged in an attractive reusable canister complete with a recipe under the lid. We roast “low and slow” in small batches to preserve the bright and fruity flavors of our beans. Our Roasted Cacao Nibs are toasty and rich, with an intense nutty flavor and a delicate crunch. They’re a delicious addition to banana bread, shortbread cookies or homemade granola, and are equally at home in savory recipes – try sprinkling them on a salad, or coating a filet for a delectable twist on steak au poivre. Great in any recipe where you’d use nuts.
