2 oz vodka
2 oz coffee liqueur
2 oz Irish cream liqueur
2 tablespoons of Taza Cacao Puro Chocolate Mexicano, grated (approximately 1 oz)
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
6 ice cubes
1. In a blender, combine vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and grated chocolate and blend on high until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
2. Add ice cream and blend until mixture is incorporated.
3. Divide ice between two glasses and pour mudslide over ice. If desired, garnish with another Taza Cacao Puro Chocolate Mexicano disc and serve immediately.
