2 oz vodka
2 oz coffee liqueur
2 oz Irish cream liqueur
2 tablespoons of Taza 70% Cacao Puro Chocolate Disc, grated (approximately 1 oz)
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
6 ice cubes
1. In a blender, combine vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and grated chocolate and blend on high until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
2. Add ice cream and blend until mixture is incorporated.
3. Divide ice between two glasses and pour mudslide over ice. If desired, garnish with another Taza 70% Cacao Puro Chocolate Disc and serve immediately.
