How should I store Taza Chocolate?
Chocolate is heat sensitive. The best spot to store chocolate is in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong ambient smells. A sealable bag in a cool cupboard or pantry is your best bet if storing for a longer time period. If stored in the refrigerator or freezer, chocolate may pick up smells, experience condensation, or become "bloomed" (brittle in texture and covered with chalky white splotches).
Will my order melt if it's hot out?
We take every precaution to make sure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition! When the weather gets warm we will pack your order with an ice pack and insulation. We recommend that you choose a shipping address where your package will be received immediately, so it will not be sitting outside in the warm weather. When it's simply too hot, we will hold your package until the weather cools off to a safe shipping temperature.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, we are only able to ship to addresses in the United States. If you are an international distributor, please contact email@example.com. If shipping to an APO address, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or call customer service at 617-623-0804.
