This delicious smoothie can be breakfast, snack, or dessert! The fun layered effect makes it festive, but if you’re short on time, just combine all the ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.
2 frozen bananas, cut into pieces
1 cup of milk (whatever type you prefer)
1 drop of vanilla extract
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 package Taza Vanilla Chocolate Mexicano Discs, chopped and melted
Sliced banana, to garnish
1. In a blender, combine bananas, milk, and vanilla extract and process on high until smooth. Divide 1/3 of the mixture between 2 tall glasses. Add peanut butter to the remaining mixture in the blender. Process until blended, then pour 1/3 of the mixture into the glasses, on top of the banana layer, to create two layers. Add melted chocolate to remaining mixture in the blender, and process until smooth. Pour into the glasses to make the top layer. Garnish with banana or more chocolate, if desired.
