They’re here! The first premium, organic Haitian cacao beans ever purchased by a US chocolate maker has arrived at the Taza Chocolate factory!
We’re jumping right in to roast our first batch today. Next week, we’ll do our first grind, blending these beautiful beans with our topnotch Dominican beans in just the right ratio to create that unique Taza flavor profile. Stay tuned for more pics!
