These are the easiest, yummiest granola bars ever. For realsies. Everything gets dumped into a single bowl and stirred together, then pressed into a pan for baking. The finished bars stay deliciously chewy, and are chock full of wholesome stuff like oats, coconut, nuts, fruit, seeds, and Taza Roasted Cacao Nibs!
Makes 9 barsIngredients:
1 – 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cups slivered almonds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cups coconut flakes
2 ounces Taza Roasted Cacao Nibs
Cooking sprayTo Prepare:
1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat to 250 degrees. In a large bowl mix together sweetened condensed milk, oats, raisins, almonds, sunflower seeds,coconut flakes, and cacao nibs. Grease an 8 x 8 inch square baking pan with cooking spray then evenly spread oat mixture in the pan.
2. Bake for 1 hour, then let sit for 15 minutes before slicing.
