Dark Chocolate Fruit Dip

This super simple ganache-style dip is luscious with strawberries, banana, apple slices or any combo of your favorite fruits. But you don’t have to stop there – add some crunchy, salty pretzels or crispy cookies to the array as well. (If a tortilla chip gets dipped too, we won’t judge.) It’s ideal for entertaining on short notice.

Makes 1 1/2 cups chocolate dip

Ingredients:

1 cup or 5 oz Taza Dominican 70% Stone Ground Chocolate,chopped 
1/2 cup heavy cream
Sliced fruit for dipping
Cookies for dipping
Pretzels for dipping

1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the chocolate and cream together stirring constantly until smooth. Pour into a bowl then serve with a colorful platter of sliced fruit, cookies, pretzels or whatever you’d like for dipping!
