This decadent, dairy-free fudge is so rich and dense that no one will miss the milk. It’s quick, simple, and both vegan and paleo friendly, as well as gluten-free! Makes a great DIY gift or party bring-along, since almost anyone can indulge.
Makes 16 small pieces of fudge
1. Line a 5” x 7” inch glass baking dish with parchment paper so that it overlaps the sides.
2. Combine coconut milk, coconut oil, and chopped chocolate in a sauce pan and place over medium heat, stirring often until all the ingredients are melted and evenly incorporated. Pour mixture into the lined dish then refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares and serve, or wrap individually in parchment as desired. Store in the refrigerator.
