1 pound store-bought vanilla pound cake, sliced
4 tablespoons soft butter
1 60% Dark Taza Stone Ground Chocolate Bar, chopped
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Mixed berries, to garnish
Whipped cream, to garnish
1. Heat your grill to medium heat, then butter each slice of pound cake on both sides. Grill until pound cake has begun to brown, then remove from heat.
2. Place chocolate in a microwavable bowl and microwave 30 seconds at a time, checking and stirring after each 30 second interval, until chocolate is almost fully melted, then remove from microwave and stir until any remaining chunks melt. Stir in heavy cream until mixture is smooth. Drizzle chocolate over pound cake and serve with whipped cream and berries.
