As you might expect at a company dedicated to making minimally processed, organic dark chocolate, many Tazans are interested in health and wellness, and the different paths that can lead there. We love to eat (we make chocolate, after all!), but we care what’s in our food -- and we have always aimed to make chocolate that was more food than candy.
While we have many gleeful gluten lovers on our team, we also have folks who are gluten-free, dairy-free, or both. Some try to minimize refined sugar. And a few of us have taken a deep dive into Paleo eating (at least 4 Tazans have completed a Whole 30). Whatever our individual journeys to a healthy lifestyle are, we have one thing in common - we can all enjoy some of the gluten free, dairy free, soy free chocolate we make here at the Taza Factory. From our Vanilla Chocolate Mexicano disc to our 95% Wicked Dark Amaze Bar, we make a healthy indulgence for just about everyone. And that’s pretty cool!
The PaleoFX team shares that a big part of their purpose is “To inspire and empower individuals everywhere to find optimal health and to flourish.” We can certainly get behind that, and we’re excited to meet lots of like-minded folks in Austin!
