Book a private Virtual Tasting with Taza Chocolate for your next class event, team build, or virtual group outing. Booking a private visit allows our Chocolate Guides to cater to the unique interests or special needs of your organization.
Virtual Tour and Tasting
Our Virtual Tasting Essentials Kit includes a box full of Taza Chocolate plus a log-in link for one device (computer, tablet, or smart phone) to a Virtual Chocolate Tasting via Zoom. You'll learn about Taza’s history, the growth and harvesting of cacao, Direct Trade sourcing, and our bean to bar chocolate making process. We’ll share video of our grinding and depositing rooms, just as if you were at the factory. Along the way we’ll sample a full range of stone ground chocolate together so you can learn all about the differences that bean origin, cacao percent, and flavor notes make in your chocolate experience!
Private Tasting FAQ's
When do you host private virtual tastings?
We schedule private group virtual experiences Monday through Friday that begin 10am-5pm ET.
How soon can you book a private tasting?
We are currently booking tastings 12 business days following the receipt of all addresses and payment.
How many people do I need to book a private tasting?
Private Tastings are free for groups that require 10 or more tasting kits. For smaller groups, an additional flat rate fee of $79 applies.
Is shipping included in the price of the kit?
Virtual Tasting Kits purchased for a Private Virtual Tasting are priced at a flat rate of $58 for the Essentials Kit to include shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Please note on the form below if shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is required. Please note that during the summer months additional shipping costs and restrictions may apply based on where the packages will be shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship virtual tasting kits internationally. Please reach out to us directly for alternative options for international team members
What platform do you use to host the Virtual Tastings?
We can either host or join a call hosted on the Zoom platform. If your organization requires the use of a different video conferencing platform, an additional fee may apply.
